How as men & leaders we can contribute to a better dance community
Dancing is not always sunshine and rainbows. There are certain topics that are important to talk about, yet only very few do.
One of these topics is sexism.
Sexism always goes both ways but it's not secret that those most affected by it are women.
I am by no means an expert on this topic. But I know that you and I - as men and leaders - have the power to contribute towards a better dance community. A community where everyone feels safe and respected.
It all starts by educating ourselves.
